I am using imagery more and more with EFT, and EMDR and find that it leads to just the right place where a person needs to go.

I just worked with a client who saw a dark line dividing where she is at a stuck place taking in criticism from her mother on a daily basis to a place that was across the line which was white and felt "uncontained and bottomless". As she watched the white as she tapped, it changed in many ways and eventually became desirable.

She will work with these images and I will be most interested to see what she comes back with next week.

I love this work...it's so organic and creative!
